Self reflection is an important part of running a successful childminding business and Ofsted will ask you what improvements you have made since the last inspection. We have created a checklist for each of the 7 areas of learning, children's behaviour and the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements of the EYFS. To carry out a complete audit of how well you implement the requirements of the EYFS, use these as a working record of what you already have in place and the changes you would like to make over time.
