£15.00As part of your role you must take all necessary steps to keep children safe and well. If you are registered on the Early Years Register you should evaluate the quality of your provision and identify areas of improvement, taking into consideration the views of the parents and children. There is no specific way that you need to do this. Ofsted may ask you for examples of how you identified improvements that you can make and what you did to improve.
The columns on the left of this form show the relevant sections of the EYFS and Childcare Register and the columns on the right are for you to complete as an easy reference to areas you would like to develop. You can then use the Action Plan at the end of this document to record any changes you wish to make.
