About this module
This course has been produced as an aid to anyone who works with children, whether you are a childminder, working alone or employing others, or if you work in a larger group setting.
It aims to help you to understand why you need to record a child's development and learning, what to record in a child's development record, how you might achieve this, how the record can help you to identify the child's next steps in their development and how you can communicate effectively with others who are relevant to the child's learning and development.
Guidance on how to complete the compulsory 2 Year Progress Check is also included.
All Childminding UK online training supports the use of Browser Extensions for translation and Dyslexia support. If you currently use a Browser Extension you can be confident that you will be able to use it while completing your training.
