We were delighted to be invited back to the South East London Stronger Practice hub conference which took place on Saturday 1st March and was attended by Sally and Mick (who is one of our Ambassadors). We were asked to run a stall and talk to Childminders.

The day was split up into a variety of excellent key speakers, and a range of workshops covering topics such as ‘Let’s talk about race in the Early Years’ and ‘Inclusion for Childminders getting right for every child’. After lunch Laura Henry-Allain MBE, author and international storyteller and creator of ‘Jo Jo and Gran Gran’ global series on CBeebies talked about ‘The power of stories’

It was lovely to see so many passionate childminders coming together, sharing their thoughts and ideas. It was lovely to talk to many of our members and many that are now keen to join us 😊
