This training is not intended to override the knowledge you have of the children in your care, which should always be your primary guide. It is to support you with ideas to incorporate as you find useful. While many practitioners are concerned about getting it wrong in a sensitive situation, the important thing to remember is that if you work to know your child and have a good relationship with them, and if you listen to and respond to your child’s feelings, then it is difficult to say or do the wrong thing.

Once successfully completed we'll send your name, email address and details of this module to the CPD Accreditation Service.
