About this pack

This pack helps you to meet the appropriate learning and development requirements of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage. The observation and evaluation forms and child progress forms will help you to record the children's learning and plan for their next steps. The two year old progress check is a statutory requirement and needs to be completed on all children in your care between the ages of two - three years. The transition document will help you communicate with the child's next setting when they move on from you.
