At last, it seems that Spring is finally arriving with lots of opportunities to get out and explore the changes different seasons bring. Please do tell us about your adventures. As a team of ex-childminders, we really do love to hear them, but they do make us a little envious as we sit on our laptops and phones.

Childminding UK staff and our Chair Anita have had a fabulous opportunity to talk to so many of our lovely members and childminders who are as passionate about childminding as we are. If you attended the Stronger Practice Hub events in Corby or London or the London EXPO- it was really good to meet up with you.

We were delighted that Stephen Morgan MP visited our EXPO stand - this is the first time we had managed to meet with him, and he asked if we had any specific questions. And of course, we explained about the challenges you face.

There are three significant changes coming up in the following months that are explained more fully in your newsletter. Please be reassured that we are working hard in the background as always to bring you the information you need in plenty of time for you to implement in your setting.
