EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EUFIC) are enforced in the UK by the Food Information Regulations (FIR). Childminders must inform parents about any foods provided that contains any of the 14 allergens that need to be identified.
This poster can either be displayed in your home or included in your parent portfolio or parent pack. Much of the information you need to give can be done verbally, but this signposting (initial invitation to ask) must be in writing. This poster meets the requirements for this signposting.
